Service 01
Medical travel accompaniment
From booking and interpreting to the post-treatment follow-up — with you throughout.
Hong Kong · Shenzhen · Guangzhou
Someone walks beside them, every day, every step of the way.
Onxure accompanies families from Hong Kong, Macau and overseas through medical care in mainland China — booking, interpreting, follow-up. Someone to walk with, someone to translate, someone accountable.
No sales pitch, no deposit. First we work out whether the trip is worth making — then we plan it.
01 Price
Medical fees paid straight to the hospital. No markup on lodging.
We don't collect treatment fees, and we don't profit from your hotel rate.
02 Boundary
A companion is a bridge, not a doctor
We don't read results, don't advise on treatment, don't decide for you.
03 Record
Insured per case. Every conversation on record.
Written updates to the family every day, traceable afterwards.
That no older person crossing a border for care should face a strange hospital, a language they don't speak, and decisions with nobody to talk them through.
This is work families should do themselves. But the family is in Vancouver, in Toronto, in London. What we do is stand where they would stand.
To be the first name Chinese families think of for care across the border — and the one they dare to trust.
"Dare to trust" is harder than "think of". It isn't earned by advertising. It's earned by doing what you said, every time.
岸 — this shore, and the far shore. 序 — a way that holds, step by step.
The hardest part of care abroad was never the medicine. It's that nobody tells you what the next step is. So method is our product.
01
Accompany, don't replace
We walk with you; we don't decide for you. We make the doctor's words clear. The choice stays with you and your family.
02
Prices in plain sight
You pay the hospital directly and the hotel directly. We charge a service fee only — itemised, never a percentage cut.
03
Every step, on record
Same-day notes. Written updates to the family daily. If something goes wrong, it can be looked up.
04
Boundaries, stated up front
A companion is a bridge, not a doctor. We don't read scans, don't advise on treatment, don't promise outcomes.
Service 01
From booking and interpreting to the post-treatment follow-up — with you throughout.
Service 02
Due-diligence reports, viewings, lease support. Close to the hospital and safe matters more than cheap.
Service 03
Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew, English. Priced by the hour or the day, itemised — no package required.
岸 — this shore and the far shore.
序 — a way that holds, step by step.

Cross-border care is easy to turn into a murky bill. So we put the three rules in the contract — and on the front page.
You pay the hospital
We don't collect, don't mark up, don't take rebates.
You pay the hotel
Whatever we negotiate below the rack rate, you keep.
Priced by the day, itemised. Never a percentage.
It's our only revenue. Every line can be checked on the pricing page.
From November 2026, China's Basic Requirements for Socialised Medical Accompaniment Services is in force — the first national standard for this industry. Its core is one sentence: a companion is a bridge, not a doctor.
The standard requires the provider to be a lawfully registered entity that trains its staff, verifies credentials, buys insurance and handles complaints. We operate to it, and set out the 12 things we do and the 7 we don't, item by item, on the compliance page.
Why this matters to you
Many individual companions have no registered entity, no insurance, and nobody to answer when something goes wrong. Working through a company means you sign a company contract, not a verbal promise; there is an entity to claim against, and a process for complaints.
Vancouver · Ms Chan
Her father has hypertension. The Hong Kong quote came in at double the budget.
Singapore · Mr Lam
Three follow-up visits to China, with short-term housing to solve at the same time.
De-identified illustrations. Before launch these will be replaced with real records released in writing by clients, and never used to advertise outcomes.
No records needed, no decision required. We answer three questions: is it worth coming, what will it cost, where are the risks.
